Dr. Steven Lint
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Steven Lint earned his Bachelor of Art’s degree in music from West Virginia University playing the violin.
Dr. Steven C. Lint is a Chiropractic Physician who received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida Campus. Dr. Lint earned the Clinical Excellence Award, which is the clinic’s most prestigious honor, upon graduation in December of 2011. During his time as a student, he also collaborated with faculty and a fellow student in the completion and publication of a paper that was accepted and published for the Association of Chiropractic Colleges Research Agenda Committee’s 2012 conference.
When he is not working, Dr. Lint enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and running. He is also a die hard Mountaineer, Pirates, Steelers, and Penguin’s fan. Don’t expect the office to be open during Mountaineer home games as he will be cheering on his team!
Dr. Lint utilizes the following chiropractic techniques: Diversified Full Spine, Gonstead, Thompson Drop, Activator, Toggle Recoil, Graston, Flexion-Distraction, and physiotherapy. Dr. Lint also practices acupuncture having earned his Certificate of Attainment in Acupuncture from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. In 2014 Dr. Lint became a Certified Medical Examiner for the Department Of Transportation FMCSA division to perform Truck Driver and Bus Driver CDL Physicals. Dr. Lint has also devoted many hours to the study of clinical nutrition.
Dr. Emily Mallon
Dr. Emily Mallon, DC was born and raised in Tanner, WV (central WV). She was active in dance and sports as she grew up. She attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where she graduated with honors, majoring in Biology and Chemistry.
Dr. Mallon matriculated to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2006. While in chiropractic school Dr. Mallon had the opportunity to travel to India where she provided chiropractic care to hundreds of people in underserved areas. It was an experience of a lifetime and allowed her to see a much different part of the world. Dr. Mallon practiced in Illinois and Michigan prior to returning to WV. She has practiced in the northern part of the state for the past 12 years.
Dr. Mallon resides in Morgantown with her husband and their two daughters. In her spare time Dr. Mallon enjoys staying active with hiking, running or working out, spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling.
Dr. Mallon has continued her education while in practice, particularly in the nutrition and functional medicine area. She completed Functional Medicine University in 2013 and is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP). She is passionate about health and wellness and is excited to help people understand how their nutrition impacts their overall state of wellness.
