Get ready to take your fitness to the next level with our Personal Training sessions. Our experienced trainer, Jessica Miller, has a deep understanding that fitness is not a one sized fits all program and should not be treated that way.

 

She will work one on one with you to design tailor-made training programs to meet YOUR specific goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness, we’re here to help you achieve it.

Are you ready to CRUSH your goals?

Our personal Trainer, Jessica Miller specialize in one on one training, small group training, corrective exercise, senior training and nutrition advice.

What to Expect:

Training starts with stretching to get your muscles warmed up.  After that depending on your session you will have 2-4 circuits.  

 

Circuits will rotate upper body, lower body, core/balance and the final circuit is your MIlT or HIIT (moderate or high intensity interval training) which is where we elevate the heart rate up then bring it back down before we elevate it back up. This helps increase your cardiovascular levels as well as to get you into your fat burning zone which in turn helps with fat loss.
